What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders received and paid for prior to dispatch before 4pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and tracked. We can send orders via courier if requested, but this will be subject to courier charges.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Normal standard delivery is usually up to 3 working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! The charge of shipping and delivery vary from country to country.

International delivery is tracked and signed for.

If you would like to return a product, please phone us or email us upon delivery.

Any errors that occur as a result of a courier providers failure to deliver a service will not constitute grounds for refund.

We accept no responsibility for issues that may occur outside their control.

No refund will be given if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Any shortage or damage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

No goods may be returned without prior authorisation from the company.
